COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Southern Michigan Bancorp Chair and CEO John H. Castle has announced the appointment of Patrick H. Flannery to the board of directors.
Flannery, a licensed CPA, is vice president for finance and treasurer at Hillsdale College.
He was elected to the Hillsdale City Council in the fall of 2013 and still serves in that capacity.
Flannery resides in Hillsdale with his wife, Emily, and their six children. He volunteers at his church where he is a captain for the Troops of St. George and a member of the Knights of Columbus.
