COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Citizens will have a chance this Friday to view plans and offer input for the new Chandler Plaza parking lot.
The City of Coldwater will be hosting a public open house from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the Coldwater Area Chamber of Commerce building at 20 Division Street.
Plans will also be available during the Four Corner Farmer’s Market Saturday morning.
The City Council in May 2016 approved a licensing agreement with the owners of the Broadway Grille, which allows a small portion of the parking lot directly behind the restaurant to be used for an outdoor patio from May 1-September 30.
Drawings for the parking lot include plans for outdoor dining, concerts and the installation of a curbside rain garden.
