COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Tibbits Opera House is inviting artists of all skill levels to submit their work for the “142 Years of Tibbits Opera House” themed gallery show. The exhibit runs from September 17 to November 11 and will celebrate the venue’s rich history and lasting legacy.
Artists can explore various mediums to capture Tibbits’ architectural beauty, notable events, and cultural role.
Submissions may include artifacts like vintage posters and memorabilia.
Artists may submit up to three pieces with a $5 fee per entry.
All artwork must be ready to hang. Artists may sell their work on commission and compete for audience-voted prizes.
Submissions have to be dropped off at the Tibbits’ Administration Office at 93 West Chicago by 5:00 p.m. on September 13.
