COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A second young suspect charged in connection with numerous break ins a week before Christmas last December around Coldwater Lake has entered into a plea agreement with Branch County prosecutors.
18-year-old Destinee Denise Lillie of Fulton, Michigan entered guilty pleas to five counts of third degree home invasion Monday in Branch County Circuit Court.
All other charges against Lillie would be dropped by prosecutors in exchange for the guilty pleas.
Lillie is scheduled to be sentenced August 7, 2017.
18-year-old Teagan Ann Marie Geidel of Coldwater also entered guilty pleas last Monday to five counts of third degree home invasion. Her sentencing will take place July 24, 2017.
The charges were filed following an investigation by the Michigan State Police.
