COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Maple Lawn Medical Care Facility has received the Governor’s Award of Excellence.
To receive this honor, Maple Lawn not only improved the quality of resident care in clinical quality areas but also provided organizational improvement, and actively participated in the statewide Michigan Learning and Action Network and the National Advancing Excellence Nursing Home campaign.
Maple Lawn is one of over 100 to receive the Governor’s Award of Excellence.
This award recognizes participants for their dedication and success in improving healthcare quality and patient safety in Michigan.
The Governor’s Award of Excellence was first developed in 2003. The current award is based upon work from 2015-2016.
Award recipients were recently honored at the Eagle Eye Golf Course in Bath Township.
