QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – Quincy Village Manager Eric Zuzga says because of the weather forecast, the groundbreaking ceremony for Parrish Excavating’s new site on Cole Street is being delayed until the middle of July.
The groundbreaking will now take place at 10:00 a.m. July 13, 2017.
Parrish Excavating has been serving southern lower Michigan, northern Indiana, northwestern Ohio and northeasten Illinois out of Quincy since 1972.
