COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – In case you missed the first two Branch County Sheriff’s Department Boater Safety Classes, two more will be offered this month.
They are scheduled to take place Saturday, June 10, 2017 at Sunset Cove in Quincy and Saturday, June 24 at the Coldwater Lake Association Building.
Both classes will be from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Lunch will be provided by the Coldwater Lake Association. You have to be 12 years old to register and there is no age limit.

In addition, the Sheriff’s Department will be hosting A Boater Appreciation Day on Saturday, July 15, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Branch County Marine Patrol boats will be on display behind the Sheriff’s Office on that day.
