QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – Village Manager Eric Zuzga says after months of discussion, he has received the final plans for the redevelopment of the northeast block in downtown Quincy.
Zuzga points out it may change if properties cannot be acquired or developers come up with different ideas.
The Quincy Village Council will review the final document during a workshop next Tuesday and is scheduled to give final approval during the Council’s June 19, 2017 meeting.
Zuzga says they are looking for developers for the retail and housing components, entrepreneurs to fill the spaces created by the project and funding to make this project a reality.
If anyone has suggestions of a person, group or corporation that could fill any of those roles, Zuzga is asking you to contact him.
He admits it is going to be a major undertaking to make this project a reality.
