COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Branch County voting results from Election Day on November 5 are now official.
The Branch County Board of Canvassers wrapped up their work on Thursday.
County Clerk Terry Kubasiak said some write in votes and a few military votes were added to the totals but it wasn’t anything significant enough to affect the outcomes.
Of the registered voters in Branch County, 59-point-85 percent cast a ballot in the general election which included early in person voting for the first time in a presidential year.
Other than a brief issue with a voter tabulator in the City of Bronson, no major issues were reported around Branch County on Election Day.
