CASSOPOLIS, MI (WTVB) – Bronson finished ninth at the BCS Boys Golf Tournament hosted by Cassopolis. Brandon Hyska fired a 96 to lead the Vikings as Bronson finished with a team score of 404. Lake Michigan Catholic won the meet with a 351 score. White Pigeon was second at 364.

Coldwater lost a non-conference match at Chelsea on Monday 5-3. All of the Cardinal points came from victories in singles. Winning matches for Coldwater were Emma Grife, Meredith Grife and Merlyn Johnson. Coldwater’s record is now 10-6-1. They will be compete in the Division 2 Regionals at Portage Northern on Friday.

Jonesville scored five goals in the second half including three in the final 15 minutes as they defeated Quincy 6-1 on Monday night. Emily Hollenbaugh scored the only goal for Quincy. The Orioles record is now 9-4-1.
