BATTLE CREEK (WTVB) – In girls high school tennis, Coldwater finished in fourth place in the Interstate 8 Conference Tournament Friday. Jackson Lumen Christi finsished in first place, with Parma Western second and Marshall third.
The best finishers for Coldwater were the 3rd doubles team of Gabby Boston and Loveleen Lalia, coming in second place. Coming in third for Coldwater were No. 1 singles player Emma Grife and the No. 4 doubles team of Melissa Vozar and Payton Molnar. 4th place finishers for Coldwater were No. 2 singles Meredith Grife, No. 4 singles Merlyn Johnson,
Coldwater travels to Chelsea Monday, and then Friday will play in the Division 2 Regional at Portage Northern.
Bronson finished sixth in both the BCS Tournament and for the season.
