COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Branch County Board of Commissioners had to take action on a resignation, an appointment and a nomination to the Branch District Library Board Tuesday.
Commissioners accepted the resignation of Erica Ewers as the at-large member of the board.
The vacancy was filled by the appointment of Dolores Huffman of Quincy.
They also appointed Margaret Clemens to serve as the Bronson representative on the board. The term will expire at the end of this year.
She was nominated after previous nominee Frances Fletcher withdrew her name from consideration.
