COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Some Branch County police agencies will be taking part in the 13th annual Drug Enforcement Administration’s National Prescription Drug Take Back Program Saturday.
Branch County Undersheriff Keith Eichler says the hours to drop off unused and old prescription medicines will be between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Eichler told the Branch County Board of Commissioners earlier this month that a large amount of prescription drugs have been collected over the last couple of years.
No liquids, needles or used bandages with bodily fluids on them will be accepted.
