COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A proposed license agreement that would give the new Two Bandits Brewing Company permission to use the City sidewalk for a ground floor patio in front of the brewpub at 61 West Chicago is scheduled to come before the Coldwater City Council on Monday night.
Coldwater City Manager Keith Baker says this agreement is similar to the one previously given to Broadway Grille on South Monroe Street for their outdoor seating area.
Baker’s memo to the Council says the license agreement requires that the company maintain $1 million in liability insurance with the City of Coldwater listed as an additional insured party.
The Agreement also limits hours of use to 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and allows seasonal use from April 1 to November 30.
The license agreement further requires compliance with local building and fire codes, as well as Michigan Liquor Control Commission rules and orders and regulations from the Branch-Hillsdale-St. Joseph Community Health Agency.
