COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A portion of Marshall had to be shut down Saturday morning when a semi-tractor trailer became detached from the semi and struck a power pole between Pierce and Taylor in the City of Coldwater.
Department of Public Safety Director Joe Scheid says only one vehicle was involved. The power pole was damaged and there was a fuel spill but there was no loss of power and no injuries were reported.
The Coldwater Police and Fire Department responded along with the Coldwater Board of Public Utilities and the Department of Municipal Services.
