ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, MI (WTVB) – St. Joseph County Sheriff Chad Spence has announced that the St. Joseph County Animal Control Division will be temporarily adjusting its walk-in services to better accommodate ongoing facility improvements.
According to a Sheriff’s Department news release, these changes are essential to enhance the infrastructure and capabilities of their department.
Effective immediately, the Animal Control Division will be open for walk-in assistance on a limited basis, during regular business hours 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays until further notice. They are closed for lunch between noon and 1:00 p.m..
They are asking the public consider utilizing their online services for non-urgent matters whenever possible, as this will help ensure more efficient service for those who need it.
