COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Downtown Development Authority approved a work plan on Wednesday that would recognize businesses for important activities and milestones.
The milestones would include anniversaries, certification achievement, new products or services, and interior or exterior renovations.
Erin Veysey, who was representing the Main Street Economic Vitality Committee, said window clings would be among the items used.
She said some local businesses celebrated milestones this past year.
Milestone years would be celebrated in five year increments starting with the opening of the business and going past its 100th anniversary.
In other business, the board decided to keep Michael Caywood as President for the next year while Courtney Dirschell was selected as Vice President.
