COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A man with a criminal history that goes back to 2006 was arraigned on five felony counts Monday in Branch County District Court that were filed in connection with alleged sex crimes in Quincy last March which Michigan State Police investigators say involved a young girl.
36-year-old Robert Richard Reichle was ordered held on a $500,000 bond on charges of second degree criminal sexual conduct, aggravated child sexually abusive activity, using a computer to commit a crime, aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material and accosting a child for immoral purposes.
A probable cause hearing was scheduled for December 23 with a preliminary exam on December 29.
Reichle was on probation in Saginaw County for attempted possession of weapons by a felon when he was arrested and lodged in the Saginaw County Jail.
He has previous convictions for assault with a dangerous weapon, criminal sexual conduct and possession of Child Sexually Abusive Material.



No plea bargaining and if found guilty put him away for 70 years
