ANGOLA, IN (WTVB) – A Steuben County Superior Court jury found 52-year-old Brian McKale of Angola guilty of a Level 1 felony of Child Molestation on Friday.
The verdict was handed down following a two day trial during the jury heard testimony from eight prosecution witnesses.
McKale claimed he was innocent when he was called to the stand. He was the only witness called by the Defense.
The jury deliberated for about an hour before finding McKale guilty.
He is scheduled to be sentenced on February 21, where he faces a prison term of between 20 and 50 years.
