COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Southern Michigan Bank and Trust recently announced the promotion of Angela Smith to Vice President/Head of Operations.
Smith will oversee all bank operations and manage the operations department staff.
Since her early start on the teller line, Smith gained expertise in data processing, loan operations, and overall bank operations. She has been with Southern since 2007.
She studied at Kellogg Community College and Goshen College.
Smith lives in Jonesville with her husband, Shawn, and they have two children in college.
She also serves as treasurer on the Hillsdale Community Theatre Board, and plays clarinet in the Hillsdale Wind Symphony.
