COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater City Council approved a renewal of an agreement with Coldwater Township Monday night which allows township residents to dump off their yard waste and brush at the city compost site.
The previous agreement was getting set to expire.
Coldwater City Manager Keith Baker says the annual sum of $15,000 the township pays the city will stay the same for the next decade so that township residents can continue to use the city compost site.
The Coldwater Township Board is scheduled to take action on the agreement during their meeting next Monday night.
