BATTLE CREEK, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Cardinal bowlers competed in the Interstate 8 Conference Singles Tournament at M-66 Bowl on Saturday.
In the Girls Varsity competition, Coldwater’s Grace Tuttle placed second and was only 34 pins out of first. She earned All Conference Honors. Ashlyn Caswell took 13th, and Kylie Cook 14th place, both earning Honorable Mention.
In the Girls JV division, Neveah Jewett was all Conference with a third place finish.
In the Boys Varsity division, Coldwater had one All Conference bowler as Ian Schindler finished in seventh place. Kahle Weis, Brady Hawver and Lennon Swick were Honorable Mention, finishing 12th, 13th and 14th respectively.
In the Boys J.V. division, Dominick Tackett finished in sixth place for All Conference honors.
Saturday brought an end to the J.V. season, while the Varsity team will compete in Regionals Friday and Saturday at Continental Lanes in Kalamazoo.
