QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – Quincy firefighters had to battle a house trailer fire on U.S. 12 just east of Fremont Road early Thursday morning.
They were dispatched to 806 East Chicago just after 3:00 a.m.
According to a post on the Quincy Fire Department’s Facebook page, the single-wide house trailer was fully involved when crews arrived. All occupants were accounted for and no injuries were reported.
The fire was called under control at 3:25 a.m. Fire officials report the home sustained significant fire damage however an adjacent home was not harmed.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation but is believe to be accidental in nature.
Michigan State Police, Lifecare Ambulance and the Branch County Victim Services Unit were also at the scene.
