PLYMOUTH, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater High School gymnasts Claire Sheppard and Brooke Neitzert both placed in the Michigan High School Athletic Association State Finals Saturday at Plymouth Canton High School.
Neitzert, a junior, finished 39th in the Balance Beam with a score of 7.25. Sheppard, a sophomore, placed 36th with a score of 8.60 in Floor Exercise.
Coldwater had failed to qualify for the State Finals team competition after the Regional meet last weekend.
