CONSTANTINE, MI (WTVB) – One teenager was injured while another was arrested Thursday afternoon following an accident in St. Joseph County’s Florence Township.
Michigan State Police say the crash happened at about 5:00 p.m. on Eagle Road south of Featherstone Road.
Troopers say when they got to the scene of the crash, they found a 17-year-old boy from Centreville lying on the ground with injuries.
The youngster was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was treated for his injuries.
Troopers found the 17-year-old driver of the vehicle from Three Rivers was operating under the influence of marijuana. He was later lodged at the St. Joseph County Jail.
