COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Coldwater man is facing six charges after he allegedly resisted three police officers last Saturday.
39-year-old Christopher Kenneth Marshall is facing three counts of resisting and obstructing a police as well as charges of attempted disarming of a police officer, OWI and failure to report an accident.
According to court documents, Marshall was involved in an accident at U.S. 12 and Branch Road. He then went to a nearby house where documents say he allegedly resisted the officers while he was being placed under arrest.
Marshall’s bond following his arraignment in Branch County District Court is set at $35,000.
A probable cause hearing has been scheduled for March 16, with a preliminary exam on March 23, 2017.
