COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater Police say following an initial investigation, they have determined a 61-year-old man suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound on Wednesday afternoon.
Police, firefighters and Life Care Ambulance crews were dispatched at 1:18 p.m. to P.T. Stamping at 460 Race Street.
When police arrived, they found the wounded man.
A Coldwater Police Department news release did not report the circumstances leading up to the incident.
The unidentified man was taken to the Community Health Center of Branch County.
Public Safety Director Mark Bartell says the shooting remains under investigation.
