COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater High School Marching Band has been selected as one of seven national finalists for the Sound of Spirit Marching Band Award sponsored by Varsity Brands.
The submission was sent in by principal Bill Milnes in December 2016.
It was judged by the Performing Arts team at Walt Disney World Resort.
The award will honor one marching band who brings talent, innovation and dedication to school events.
The CHS Band program is now in the running for a cash money prize if selected as the final overall winner.
