COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Community Health Center of Branch County is reminding students that the deadline to apply for a pair of $1,000 scholarships from CHC volunteers is coming up a week from Friday on March 10, 2017.
Applications are now available at the CHC marketing/volunteer services department and in the counseling offices of all Branch County high schools and local colleges.
The winners will be announced by April 14, 2017 and recognized at the annual CHC Volunteer Installation Luncheon May 10.
The purpose of the scholarship is to financially assist full or part-time students pursuing or completing a health-related career. Former recipients are eligible to reapply.
The scholarships are only available to Branch County residents and CHC employees, and may be used for tuition, books, or other education-related expenses. To be considered, the application must be completed in full, along with one letter of reference.
