COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Community Health Center President and Chief Executive Officer Randy DeGroot told the hospital’s Board of Trustees Monday night that they are planning to make the honoring of area first responders an annual event.
Last Tuesday’s first ever honoring of emergency personnal at C.H.C. drew a large crowd.
The hospital along with the Coldwater Area Chamber of Commerce and EPMG hosted the event using the Chamber’s Business After Hours format.
DeGroot also reported that ProMedica Security Services brought a team in to complete an assessment of C.H.C. in regards to security.
Besides interviewing administrators, an extensive review of the physical plant was conducted with a focus on Emergency Services and Behavioral Health.
