COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Community Health Center of Branch County has partnered with the American Heart Association and the Mended Little Hearts of West Michigan to bring awareness of heart disease.
Heart disease is the number one killer of Americans, and has been an increasing issue among adults and also affects newborns.
During February, each newborn at CHC will get a red hat to help raise awareness.
The hats were made by volunteers at the Mended Little Hearts of West Michigan.
