Leo A. “Nacho” Martinez, 51, of Bronson passed away Friday, April 25, 2025 at his home.
Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are being cared for by Dutcher Funeral Home.
Nacho was born June 15, 1973 in Coldwater, MI to Leo Martinez and Lannie Neeley. He married Stephanie A. Grabe on December 31, 2022.
Nacho worked as a HVAC technician for Shamrock Heating and Cooling.
His true passion and career was as a musician for many local bands as a bass player. His love and talent for music carried on with his frequent karaoke performances.
Nacho also enjoyed movies, especially going to the drive-inn, and spending time with his family.
Leo is survived by his wife, Stephanie Martinez; his children Phillip (Jasmine) Riggs of Hamilton, IN, Skyler (Paige Sultana) Riggs of Hamilton, IN, Presley Guthrie of Coldwater, Warren Martinez of Detroit, Kadance Martinez of Battle Creek; his step children Paige Baker of Sweetwater, TN, and Courtney (Austin) Robison of Butler, IN; his mother Lanie Neeley; his siblings Kevin Parker of Coldwater, Scott Stanley of Coldwater, Alicia Beier of Bronson; his sister in law Lori Emerick and brother in law Ernie Emerick of Evansville, IN; his 8 grandchildren, and one on the way; many nieces and nephews; and his cherished band family and his Fresenius Dialysis family.
Leo was preceded in death by his father Leo Martinez, and sister Gloria Barnes.
