BRONSON,MI (WTVB)- As we flip the calendar to a new month, bargain hunters and treasure seekers, mark your calendars! The 31st annual Bronson Citywide Garage Sales are set for Saturday, May 17th. This longtime community event has been a tradition for nearly three decades and promises a day of deals and discoveries across the city.
Hosted by the City of Bronson, the event features dozens of garage sales, offering everything from household goods and clothing to furniture, tools, and collectibles.
In past years, over 30 sales have been mapped out, drawing visitors from surrounding areas eager to snag unique finds at budget-friendly prices. Maps detailing sale locations will be available starting Friday, May 16, at Bronson City Hall, Bronson Shell station, Barone Hardware and Auto, and online via the City of Bronson’s Facebook page.
The city wide sale is free for participants, with no permits required, making it easy for residents to join in. Shoppers can expect sales to kick off early, typically around 8:00 a.m., and continue through the afternoon. The event’s widespread participation and centralized map make it a convenient way to explore multiple sales in one trip.
A kickoff food truck rally is planned for Friday May 16th with music in at the Farmers Market Pavilion.
