COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Branch County Democrats will hold a Hands Off demonstration Saturday at the Four Corners in Coldwater.
County Party Treasurer Vaughn Svoboda says they are demonstrating against cuts being made by the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) in several agencies.
Saturday’s demonstration isn’t related to the impromptu protest on the Four Corners on April 19th, but instead has been in the planning stages for some time and is expected to draw participants from several area counties.
Svoboda says in all, they anticipate 200-300 participants. That demonstration is scheduled to take place between 10 a.m. and noon.
