COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – In boys swimming and diving Tuesday evening at the Dr Robert W. Browne Aquatic Center, Coldwater fell to Eaton Rapids 106-80.
Four team records were set Tuesday night. Carter Moore won the 200 individual medley and the 100 butterfly. He broke his own record in the 200 I.M.. Lucas Santure broke his own record as he won the 100 Breaststroke. Tanner Bowers won the 100 freestyle.
The team of Austin Butler, Josh Rowlson, Carter Moore and Paul Bonham broke their own record in the 200 Medley Relay and the relay team of Carter Moore, Tanner Bowers, Jacob Taylor and Austin Butler broke the 400 Freestyle Relay.
The Cardinals boys swim again next Tuesday at Kalamazoo Loy Norrix.

Coldwater won all four matches at Jackson Northwest on Tuesday. The boys’ Varsity had a close contest that went down to the wire with Coldwater winning 18-2. High scores for Coldwater Alec Keplinger with a 236 and a 227 for a 463 series, Connor Covert had a 211 game with a 383 series. Coldwater won the 2 game regular total of 1931 to Northwest 1840. In the baker game Coldwater won the first game 209-201, Northwest won the 2nd baker 202 to 198, with Coldwater taking baker totals by just 4 pins. Their record is now 7-0.
Coldwater girls’ varsity also won by a score of 30-0. High score for Coldwater was Tiffanie Corwin with a 193 game and a 383 series. Coldwater had the edge in the regular game 1,546 to 1,424. Coldwater sealed the win in the first baker game 163 to 153. Their record is 6-1.
The boys’ j.v defeated Jackson 1514-1310 in the two regular games. Jackson won the first baker game 157-151 with Coldwater taking the second baker 167-128 for the win. High scores for Coldwater, Kaleb Champion had a 244 game and a 434 series. Coldwater’s record stands at 7-0. The Girls’ j.v bowled unopposed and had a two game regular series was 1282. Addison Harvey had a 165 game and a 305 series. The girls’ J.V. squad is also undefeated.
