COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Both South Monroe Street and the Tibbits Plaza are a hub of activity in the summer months, and now the City of Coldwater has announced all of those experiences will be getting an upgrade with an outdoor sound system just in time for all the summer festivals and events.
Installation of the sound system will take place next Tuesday May 20 from 6:00 a.m-5:00 p.m. and for that reason South Monroe will be closed from West Chicago to Pearl Street.
The road is scheduled to re-open to traffic Wednesday but there will be no parking allowed on South Monroe until Friday, May 23.
