Lawrence (Larry) Salwin, 84, of Coldwater passed peacefully on Saturday, May 10 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Ft. Wayne, Indiana surrounded by family.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are being handled by Beams Funeral Home in Fremont, IN.
He was born in Detroit, Michigan to Mary and Walter August 20, 1940.
He married Patricia Gwozdz on April 27,1963, at the at St. John Cantius Church in Detroit, Michigan and they had just recently celebrated their 62nd anniversary. Larry was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather.
He retired from Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan as a Senior Administrator where he worked for 49 years.
Surviving are his sons and their spouses, Greg and Marion Salwin, Clarkston, MI, Gary and Maria Salwin, Grosse Pointe Farms, MI, and their grandchildren, Carter Salwin, Claudia Salwin, Katy Salwin, and Brianna Pemberton.
Preceding him in death were his brother, Robert Salwin, sister, Juanita Hicks, daughter, Cynthia Salwin, and granddaughter, Jessica Salwin.
