Branch ISD to approve Adair contract during special meeting Tuesday

COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A  special meeting of the Board of Education of the Branch Intermediate School District will be held Tuesday.

It is expected to be a short meeting as the board is set to approve the contract of new superintendent  Darrin Adair who was officially hired last month.

The board will also approve Adair for Workforce Development Board representative from the K-12 education sector.

Adair will assume his new role July 1 and replace current Superintendent Kris Jenkins, who is retiring after seven years as the head of the BISD.
