Coldwater announces parking restrictions and road closures ahead of Strawberry Festival

COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) One of the biggest weekends of the year in Coldwater returns this weekend with the annual Strawberry Festival downtown.

The city of Coldwater has issued reminders concerning parking in the downtown area.  Friday night, vehicles need to be removed from the Tibbits Parking Lot, S. Monroe Street, and the South Side of US-12, which will be no parking zo until Saturday at 5pm.

On Saturday there will be road and parking lot closures in addition to a lot of extra traffic, both pedestrian and vehicle.

Strawberry Fest is set to run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
