COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The hottest temperatures of the year and high humidity levels conspire to make it feel dangerously uncomfortable this weekend.
For that reason, Excessive Heat Watches have been issued from Saturday morning through Tuesday evening.
It will feel like 95 degrees to 106 degrees Saturday afternoon, Sunday afternoon, Monday afternoon, and Tuesday afternoon, according to the watch.

You will want to avoid heat related illnesses like heat exhaustion and heat stroke.
The signs of heat exhaustion include the following dizziness, thirst, heavy sweating, nausea and weakness.
If you or someone you know is experiencing these symptoms, move to a cool area, loosen clothing, sip cool water, and seek medical attention if symptoms don’t improve. Even overnight lows Saturday night, Sunday night, and Monday night will be well into the middle or upper 70s, which means there’s really no break over the next several days .
If you can, check on your elderly neighbors, relatives, friends, or anyone you know who does not have air conditioning. In addition make sure pets have plenty of shade and water and more time in air conditioning if possible.
