COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – There will soon be a vacancy in the Branch County Drain Commission office. Deputy Drain Commissioner Nancy Stutzman has announced her retirement effective January 31, 2017.
Drain Commissioner Michael Hard is scheduled to appear before Branch County Commissioners during their work session Thursday morning to ask that a replacement be found.
Hard will be asking commissioners to allow for a two week training session so that the new deputy and Stutzman can work together during the transition period.
