UNION TOWNSHIP, MI (WTVB) One person was transported to the hospital following an early morning accident in Union Township.
The Branch County Sheriff’s Department says around 5:30 Saturday morning a vehicle driven by 25-year-old Dalton Baran of Elkhorn, Kentucky was southbound on Arborgast, Road when his disregarded a stop sign at Dunks Road and collided with a vehicle driven by 59-year-old David Rench of Union City. A passenger in Ranches vehicle was transported to Insight Hospital by Lifecare ambulance with what were described as minor injuries.
Both vehicles were rendered undrivable and were towed from the scene.
911 Auto Wrecker and the Union Township Fire Department assisted at the scene.
