COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A special screening day to check brain health for early signs of Alzheimer’s disease will be held in Coldwater this Saturday, July 12, sponsored by Neurogen Biomarking in partnership with Linus Health.
The free event will be held at Insight Hospital and Medical Center Coldwater from 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
“Capturing Memories: A Free Brain Health Day” offers those who sign up over 50 cutting-edge blood biomarkers and digital cognitive testing at no cost.
Participants will receive results within days along with a Brain Health Action Plan and a follow-up telehealth consult, if appropriate. These services typically valued at more than $500 are included at no cost.
Officials with Neurogen Biomarking say for many, the fear of Alzheimer’s disease looms large, often associated with heightened concerns about memory loss, but their testing may provide early insight into brain health long before significant memory issues arise.
Only 250 testing spots are available. Advance registration is required at www.MyBrainDay.com/coldwater.
Neurogen and Linus Health hosted Capturing Memories in Chicago and Flint last month and tested over 400 people. Approximately 20% of the Chicago required a telehealth consult to review results and to discuss follow up care.
According to the Alzheimer’s Association, over seven million Americans aged 65+ lived with Alzheimer’s dementia in 2024, and millions more may have undiagnosed memory concerns.

I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease and Dementia in 2016, and life became increasingly difficult. Tremors affected 87% of my body, and nothing seemed to help, until I began herbal treatment from www . earthcureherbalclinic . com under Dr. Madida Sam. Within three weeks, I noticed real improvements. Even during a severe episode of nausea, weakness, and restless sleep, taking the remedy twice daily brought relief. With my doctor’s approval, I stopped my previous medications and continued the herbal formula. Today, my tremors are gone, and I feel more in control. This treatment truly changed my life.
