COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Bronson man who is facing several sex crime charges will be back in court this afternoon for a preliminary exam.
41-year-old Joseph Allen Blowers is facing charges that include six counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct First Degree, and one count each of Criminal Sexual Conduct Third Degree and Domestic Violence – Second Offence Notice.
Blowers has been in the Branch County Jail on a $100,000 bond since his arrest in early May. Due to previous felony convictions in Branch and Hillsdale counties, he is also charged as a habitual offender.
Blowers is facing up to life in prison if convicted.
Branch County = He will plea to to public intoxication and get propagation.
