Linda Lou Finley, 81, of Quincy passed away Monday, July 28, 2025 at home surrounded by family.
A celebration of life luncheon will be held Saturday, August 2, 2025 at the Union Church in Quincy, 8 Fulton Street, Quincy, from 1:00-4:00 p.m.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Eagle Funeral Home-George White Chapel in Quincy.
She was born July 19, 1944 in Coldwater to Kenneth and Bernice “Clara” (Waller) Goshorn. Linda married Ronald Finley June 6, 1964 and he preceded her in death in 2017.
Linda graduated from Bronson High School in 1962. She enjoyed working in her flower beds and baking. But most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Linda is survived by two sons, Douglas Finley of Quincy, Glenn (Suzette) Finley of Jonesville; one sister, Wilma Wheeler of Coldwater; six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Linda was also blessed with two extended sons, John Paul (Sharon) Myer and Ronald (Tiea) Tesch.
In addition to her husband, Ronald, Linda was preceded in death by one sister, Margaret Ann Taylor and four brothers, Orie Goshorn, Earl Duane Goshorn, Lavern Edward Goshorn and Robert Dean Goshorn.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Union Church in Quincy or the Quincy Public Library.
