COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A 19-year-old Coldwater woman entered guilty pleas Monday in Branch County Circuit Court to three charges that were filed following an October 24, 2018 high speed chase through two counties.
A court spokesperson says 19-year-old Alexandria Stolte of Coldwater is scheduled to be sentenced February 4, 2019 on charges of larceny of a building, fourth degree fleeing from a police officer and financial transaction device-stealing/retaining without consent.
Habitual Offender sentencing enhancements will be dismissed as part of the plea agreement.
Stolte was taken into custody in Sturgis following a 40 minute chase which started in Coldwater and involved several police agencies. Speeds during the pursuit were reported to be over 100 miles an hour.
