COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Coldwater man arrested back in April for having inappropriate sexual contact with a 13-year-old girl has been sentenced to up to 15 years in prison after pleading no contest to one of two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct.
35-year-old David Alvarez, Jr., will serve three to 15 years after the sentence was handed down by Judge Bill O’Grady as part of a plea agreement.
At the time of the assault Alvarez was on probation for a fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct conviction out of Calhoun County and was a registered sex offender.
Details of the assault were too graphic to air.
Maybe O’Grady is finally catching on and trying to look hard for his next MSCOTUS attempt.
