COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Michigan State Police patrol car, otherwise known as a Blue Goose, will be parked at the Coldwater Walmart Saturday for a good cause.
From 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., shoppers will have a chance to Stuff a Blue Goose with new, unwrapped toys and non-perishable food items as troopers from the Marshall post will be trying to help those in need this holiday season.
State Police Trooper Kristi Angelo says all items collected Saturday at the Coldwater Walmart will stay in Branch County and distributed through the Salvation Army.
A Blue Goose will also be collecting items to help those in need in Hillsdale County at the Jonesville Walmart Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m..
