COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – You may have seen them around town the last day or so. Participants in the annual Old US 27 Motor Tour rolled into Coldwater Monday night to begin their annual leisurely tour from Coldwater to Cheboygan via historic Old US 27.
After traveling to Waterloo, Indiana to have lunch at the Amtrack Station the cruise will return to Coldwater Tuesday afternoon for an evening of activities. Including having some fun at Adventure Zone from 3-5, before holding a Cruise-In from 5-7 at Performance Plus Quick Oil Change located at 775 E Chicago St, there will also be food trucks on site.

Wednesday will include Poker Run and/or Scavenger Hunt starting at 10 a.m., and lunch at the Broadway Grill before departing for DeWitt at around 3 p.m.
The annul cruise was the created by Craig Parrish who had the vision to create a Motor Tour along the route from Coldwater to Cheboygan, like the Route 66 experience of driving a piece of US history.
The first cruise took place in 2007 and has evolved into a summer highlight in the State of Michigan for car enthusiasts as well as anyone looking to come out and view the amazing cars that come into town, and capture a bit of history.
