DEWITT, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater High School boys junior varsity soccer team stayed undefeated Saturday, winning the Panther Cup Invitational hosted by DeWitt.
The JV team opened the morning with a 4-0 win over Flint Powers Catholic. Goals came from Muthana Hajaji, Maher Semar, Johan Aburto, and Tareq Alhagagi.
After building up an early 3-0 lead in the championship game against DeWitt, Coldwater held on for a 4-2 win. Maher Semar had three goals, while Johan Aburto had the other.
The junior varsity team is now 4-0 and they will host Plainwell Monday at 5:00 p.m.
